KDSI polymerase chain reaction cabinets (PCR cabinets) are used for contamination control and simplification of PCR process. Each PCR cabinet provides the HEPA to filter the filtered laminar flow between the amplification and to purify the working area of ​​contaminated substances during the preparation processes. Enables rapid amortization of the work area between an integrated UV lamp experiments and prevents cross-contamination. The cabinet is also known as PCR Station, PCR Enclosure and PCR Hood.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE:

Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is a process where millions of copies of DNA are amplified by a copy or less copy number template. This reaction is used in all laboratories working with DNA and RNA.
Due to the high copy number generated during PCR, the PCR reaction is necessary to prevent potential contamination. Reagents should be prepared in the reagent preparation area and should be transferred to the sample preparation area through the nearby box or closed containers. After the preparation of the final reaction mixture, the tubes should be moved to the amplification area, again through a pass box or in a closed container. PCR amplification and result analysis occurs in this area.

To guarantee contamination-free samples, it is necessary to work in an environment where the quality of the air is controlled. This should be a part of the equipment in the field of sample preparation.

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS:

Construction Details:- Industrial grade stainless steel grade SS-304 or PCRC body as desired. Internal portions painted with epoxy paint coating for extra-long life. Glass sheet made of side panels is placed on anodized aluminum frame.

Noise Level:-Cabinets are designed to ensure minimum possible noise and vibration levels.

Filter Assembly

Laminar air flow is equipped with fully washable synthetic pre-filter units and secondary high-efficiency air filters, which are made of mini plated non-weight fabric. The efficiency of the filter is 99.99% better than DOP (cold) and 99.97% in DOP (hot). The filter units have the capacity to hold all suspended particles of size more than 0.3 microns.

Motor and Blower Assembly

Laminar air flow units are provided with a fully balanced (Static as well as dynamic) motor and blower motors which affect the ISI mark. The assembly rating is 1/5 HP. High efficiency pumps which are life log lubricated bearings, ensure a hassle-free operation for a long time.

Ultra Violet Light

The optimum wattage ultra violet light is included in the light panel of the laminar air flow, which is to take care of the existing air sterilization in the enclosure, thus ensuring the high standard of hygiene.
